Mr S was referred to us via our Marketing Department. He had been refused compensation despite being wheelchair bound. Upon review of his case, we managed to reverse the decision and have him awarded 100% PD by Gauteng CF. ​

Mr D was referred to us via our Marketing Department. He had been refused compensation despite being having suffered spinal fractures. Upon review of his case, we managed to have his PD declared above 36% by Mpumalanga CF. He is now receiving pension since 2024 and his amount was back paid for 18 months. We also managed to release a Provident Fund Benefit of more than R400 000.00 from one prominent SA Insurer.
