Service Description

All cases for assessment MUST have their clinical records reviewed before the actual assessment. This allows for the determination of merit, the request for additional documents as and when necessary in order to ensure there is no reruns of the consultation. This review does not generate a report, but pre-qualifies the case for determining the strategy to be used. Please note that if your case has no merits, we will not proceed beyond this stage.
